The "central" airconditioning has three separate zones with easy to use controls.

In addition there are ceiling fans in the double rooms, large lounge and lanai for additional cooling.

There is a comprehensive alarm system for your peace of mind.

All prices include cleaning before and after your visit, sales and local taxes.

Towels, and bed linens, including beach towels to use around the pool are obviously included in the price.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a modern cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is more than sufficient crockery, cutlery and cookware for up to ten guests, including a range of crockery specifically for outdoor use.

There are coffee makers, kettle, toaster, liquidiser (I'm assured having smoothies for breakfast is a thing!) and even a tea pot for us brits!

The Fridge freezer has a filtered water and ice dispenser, essential for making my evening cocktails!

There are full laundry facilities comprising large washer and separate tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

There are hair dryers in each of the four bathrooms.

We also have a folding cot and highchair and a buggy for our younger guests.

Hampton lakes has communal tennis and volleyball courts. We have tennis racquets and balls should you wish to play.
